She took part alongside five other doctoral students from Université Paris Saclay, Télécom Paris, and Université Clermont Auvergne.  All the candidates were simply outstanding and the standard was extremely high.

Manvi’s clarity and public speaking skills really impressed the jury, which was made up of representatives from both the public and private sectors.

A word from her scientific communication coach, Bethany Cagnol: « I am so proud of Manvi and the effort she put into preparing her 3MT® speech: ‘Making Music with Machines’.  It was a real pleasure to work with her. »

We would also like to congratulate the winner, Jesus Alfredo Godinez Leon from the Université Paris-Saclay, who gave a captivating presentation on « Nanoparticles: Tiny heroes against Tuberculosis. »

And hats off to our other Télécom Paris contestant, Benjamin Loiseau (SES – INTERACT (Interaction, Technologie, Activité) who gave an excellent speech on the « Effects and Limits of Participation in Architecture: A Case Study of the Grand’Goule Social Housing Complex, Poitiers, 1974-2024. »

Both candidates worked very hard on their pitches, supported enthusiastically by their advisors, Gaël Richard (LTCI) and Stéphane Safin (SES).
