Bioinformatics: computer science applied to the study of viruses

Pauline Rocu’s research has focused on modelling the geographical spread of a virus based on its phylogenetic tree.

She is co-author of three articles on bioinformatics based on research to which she contributed as part of her end-of-study placement in three laboratories in Montpellier, funded by ICIT-MUSE, a programme of the University of Montpellier.
